With the pen tool I selected the yard sticks to make them white. Then I went to image, adjustments, color balance and added color to the white also giving it brightness starting at 10 ,20 and 30 to make it shine. Last I added at edit the title "Jedi Masters 2014" so I wouldn't have a flat simple text.
