Mask Tool: I duplicated the original picture, went to image adjustment and then desaturate causing it to become black and white, put a mask to the picture and after used the brush tool to bring the yellow and color of his eyes back to the picture to create a spot in the picture to stand out and bring more attention,

 Color Replacement: I desaturated my picture because originally it had color, then I used the color replacement tool choosing colors of my choice to bring unusual colors back to the image so it looks different.
